Doc Ponds has become a Stowe favorite for locals and visitors. It is the sister restaurant to Hen of the Wood, which has locations in Waterbury and Burlington. The menu at Doc Ponds focuses more on beer and light bites, which is a great alternative to HOTW. It’s a must stop while you are in town!

The Draft List: They’ve got over 20 beers on tap, so they are always pouring something fun!
Doc Smash Burgers: One of the best burgers in town! They have a “special sauce” that is so delicious. It’s a must order every time we are at Docs.
Doc Fries: They pair their fries with a garlic mayo and it’s seriously so good.
Mac and Cheese: This side pairs perfectly with any item on their menu. It’s made with Vermont cheddar, so it’s creamy and delicious!
Their menu changes seasonally, so check it out before you visit. In their words, “don’t worry, it’s all delicious!”
