EAT STOWE: Butler’s Pantry

Butler’s Pantry is a family owned and operated breakfast and lunch restaurant in downtown Stowe. It is located in the historic Butler House and has become one of our favorite brunch spots in Stowe!

What’s Good?

The Pantry Breakfast: This is your classic breakfast plate full of eggs, your choice of sausage, bacon or ham, home fries, and your choice of toast or a biscuit. The biscuits are homemade and so delicious; we definitely recommend choosing the biscuit over the toast!

Buttermilk Pancakes: Fluffy and delicious buttermilk pancakes! This order comes with 3 large pancakes served with fresh fruit and your choice of sausage, bacon or ham. You can also ask to add blueberries or chocolate chips!

Cheddar Jalapeño Pancakes: This combination is so unique and these pancakes do not disappoint. You have to try them at least once!

Acai Bowl: Surprisingly, this is the only place in Stowe to get an Acai Bowl. It is a refreshing blend of acai, blueberries and strawberries topped with coconut, granola, fresh fruit, and maple syrup.

Biscuit French Toast Sticks: As we mentioned, Butler’s Pantry makes delicious homemade biscuits which they use to make french toast sticks. It’s another unique combination and we love it!

Eggs Benedict: This dish is offered as a special, and it is served on one of their homemade biscuits. It is the best “eggs benny” around, so if they offer it while you are there, you should definitely try it!

Insider Tip: They’ve got a bar! So if you are looking for a boozy brunch spot to sip on mimosas or a bloody mary, this is the place!
