It’s not a secret that we love the little Green Mountain State. Whenever we have to purchase a gift for a birthday, holiday, a special occasion or a just a hostess gift, we love to support Vermont based brands. It’s our little way of sharing the love of Vermont, even when we can’t do it in person (even though our family and friends do visit us in VT often)!
We’ve rounded up a few of our best gift ideas that can be purchased online and shipped directly to your loved one, but nothing beats shopping at small boutiques throughout Vermont!
Lake Champlain Chocolates: This is one of our go-to gifts as who doesn’t love a delicious box of chocolates? During the holidays, they usually have themed boxes and you can even add a gift message at checkout.
Darn Tough: For the outdoorsy loved one, you can never go wrong with a new pair of Darn Tough. My husband gets a pair each year for Christmas!
Ursa Major: We are hooked on Ursa Major and love getting our friends and family hooked on it too! The scents make your bathroom feel like a luxury spa.
Runamok Maple: One of our go-to gift combinations is the Runamok Maple Sparkle Syrup paired with a pancake mix (see the next line for our favorite Vermont mix)! It’s a perfect gift for new parents as it’s a fun meal they can prepare quickly and the sparkle syrup is a big hit with kids!
King Arthur Flour: We only use King Arthur flour at home, but sending a loved one flour might not be the best gift idea (LOL). As we mentioned above, sending syrup and pancake mix is one of our favorite gift ideas.
Burton: Any New Englander will love a new pair of mittens or a beanie!
Orvis: A lot of people do not know Orvis is based in Vermont! We love gifting their blankets and home goods.
Tata Harper Skincare: It’s one of the more expensive options on this list, but I have Tata Harper face masks on my Christmas list every single year. The Hydrating Floral Mask is a lifesaver in the Winter.
Vermont Flannel: This list wouldn’t be complete without adding Vermont Flannel. The pajama pants are so soft!
